Mohammad founded IMConsult after more than eighteen years advising companies on business, finance, accounting and HR. He leads every engagement personally and sits as an independent non-executive director on five boards, which keeps a governance perspective in everything the firm does.
He works across IAS/IFRS, COSO and the tax and labour laws of Jordan, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and leads the firm's Odoo ERP practice — so the systems clients adopt reflect the financial discipline they are advised to follow.
